Diet and preparation of food plays such a vital role in Classical Ayurvedic treatment protocols and daily life, that we teach our students ayurvedic vegetarian cooking right from the start of every course. We teach our students traditional Indian recipes as well as how to apply ayurvedic principles to all other styles of cooking.

The Ayurveda College provides vegetarian lunches and refreshments at all of our classes at no extra cost.

Thanks Andrew for your kind words : )
