Course Contents:
Ayurvedic philosophy, anatomy & physiology, Prana – the life force, our constitutions and imbalances, health and illness, diagnosis, Ayurvedic food and medicine, diet and nutrition, communication skills, infection control practices, safety procedures and skills and knowledge to run/ work in a clinic competently, therapeutic yoga, Ayurvedic mind and body cleanses, massage techniques, various massage therapies, introduction to meditation and yoga are some of the subjects covered in this course.
The best feature of this course is that it teaches how to actually learn and apply these skills daily in your lives.

On completion of this training you will be able to provide Ayurvedic Lifestyle consultations and empower yourself and your clients to achieve optimum health and well being through the Ayurvedic framework, Nutrition advice and Relaxation massage.

Further studies for Graduates are offered by our College right here in Australia, in Coolangatta – Gold Coast , Kyogle & Byron Bay.
