settings.<\/h5>\n<h5>This course reflects the role of Ayurvedic consultants who provide advice, selected remedies and therapies like Abhyanga, Kati\/ Uro Basti, Shirodhara, Facial Ubtans, Cleanses -Sat Karma, Yoga Kriyas, introduction to meditation, diet and nutrition guidelines and lifestyle changes to suit Prakrti and Vikrti according to Ayurvedic principles.<\/h5>\n<h5>People working at this level may be self-employed independent practitioners or work in a larger health service.<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>In-depth study of six seasons, diet and nutrition relevant to every season<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Health consultation process including clinic etiquette and legal obligations<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>The three\/ eight\/ ten assessment processes that lead to diagnosis<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Srotas systems and how to keep them healthy<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Regular cooking classes, learning to cook for different ages, seasons and Vikrti<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>More detailed study on Rasayana, Vajikarana and Chikitsa processes<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Making Maand, Khichari, Kashaya, Taila, Balms, Ghrita, Vatti, Guggulu and Choorana<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Most important herbs and medicine in clinic practice including Chooranas, Tailas, Kashayas, Vatti, Guggulu, Shilajeet, Avaleha, Asava, Arishta and complex
